Koala in a Gum Tree
A sleepy little koala nestles into the crook of a smooth gum branch, round ears puffed like soft grey pom‑poms. Its fur is a blend of silvery greys and warm charcoal, with a velvety nose that gives it that unmistakable koala charm. One paw curls securely around the branch while the other rests lazily against its chest, as if it has paused mid‑hug.
Fresh eucalyptus leaves frame the scene in gentle arcs—soft greens, muted sages, and a hint of blue mist—creating a calm, bushland canopy around the koala. Its eyes are half‑closed in that peaceful, contented way only koalas can manage, as though it’s drifting between dreams and the warm afternoon breeze.
The whole motif feels quiet, cosy, and deeply Australian—perfect for beginners, young stitchers, and anyone who loves a calm, cuddly character perched in its favourite tree.Size: 6" x 6.5" (16cm x 13cm

- Check the paint type – If you used fabric paint, it should be washable. If it's acrylic or another type, it may require extra care.
- Spot test – Dab a small, hidden area with water and mild soap to ensure the paint doesn’t bleed.
- Hand wash gently – Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing directly on the painted areas.
- Rinse thoroughly – Make sure no soap residue remains.
- Air dry – Lay flat in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
