Shipping & Delivery
We ship via Australia Post – regular tracked delivery.
Shipping typically takes 3 to 10 days, depending on the time of year.
While Covid impacts have eased, occasional delays may still occur.
For local deliveries near us, we may choose to deliver items personally.
Please note:
We currently ship mainly within Australia (local Australia rates apply).
International shipping is available at additional cost as per postage fees.

 Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 week of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Covered:
•     Defects in materials or workmanship
•     Damaged items on arrival
Not covered:
•     Damage from misuse, wear, incorrect washing, or neglect
•     Industrial use
•     Custom orders (e.g. names, emblems)
•     Digital files
If you change your mind, you may return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 1 week of delivery.
For digital items, please contact us directly if something isn’t working — we’ll fix it.

We respect your privacy.
Your details are never shared, except as needed to process your order through trusted service providers.
We may send occasional emails about new products or designs.
If you’d prefer not to receive them, simply reply with “unsubscribe.”
We collect your name and contact details to:
•     process your order
•     update you on progress
•     store your order history

 Digital Designs & Files
All artwork and designs remain the property of Garden Path Stitchery.
You may:
•     Print designs intended for printing (for personal use only)
•     Use each embroidery design to create up to 50 physical items for sale or distribution
You may not:
•     Share, sell, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute digital files
•     Share printed versions of designs
•     Use designs for mass production

You are responsible for any items you create using our designs.
