Shipping and Delivery
We use Australia Post for all shipping - regular delivery. Depending on the time of year, this typically takes 3 to 10 days. All parcels are sent with tracked postage. Whilst the impact of Covid has reduced there could be impacts on delivery that extends this time. For deliveries close to us we may choose to deliver items personally.
Physical items are limited to Australia only - we do not ship any products internationally.
Returns and Refunds
Our physical products are warranted to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship on delivery. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 1 week of delivery of the product for either a replacement or refund. Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use, incorrect washing or neglect is not covered. Defective physical products will be replaced or substituted with the same or similar product at the sole discretion of Garden Path Stitchery.
Defective digital items please contact Garden Path Stitchery so that this can be corrected.
If you change your mind, items can be returned within 1 week of delivery provided that the object is unused, undamaged, unaltered and in packaging provided.
Exclusions:
1. Custom orders, including items with a name, emblem or similarly identifying item cannot be returned.
2. Digital designs and other digital files cannot be returned.
Privacy at Garden Path Stitchery
We respect your privacy and will not share your details with anyone, other than the minimum required to process transactions via the service providers that will be evident to you during the transactions.
We will send you infrequent emails to inform you of new products or designs. If you don't want our emails, simply reply "unsuscribe".
We collect your name and contact details as is neccesarry to supply products to you and inform you of progress on orders. We will also store your historical orders and any information you provide to us.
Designs and digital files
Digital files may not be shared, sold, copied, reproduced, modified or distributed in any way.
Printing is allowed for designs intended to be printed, provided that you do not distribute these printouts in any way.
You may make up to 50 physical items with each embroidery design file and distribute these or sell these.
You take full responsibility for items you manufactured using any design from this site.
All artwork and associated designs remain the property of Garden Path Stitchery.
