This work was sparked by a visit to Liz Green’s wool shop in Bairnsdale, where a conversation about colour and fibre turned into an invitation to explore what wool can do. The piece draws on that moment of shared enthusiasm — the idea that wet felting, paint and movement could come together in a single swirling form. It’s inspired by the joy of experimenting with wool, water and colour.
