Rosella
A cheerful rosella perched lightly on a branch, feathers glowing like a little patchwork of summer. Its scarlet chest is the first thing you notice — bright, warm, and full of life — blending into sunny yellow and soft lime greens along the belly. The wings are a mosaic of deep cobalt, turquoise, and inky navy, each feather edged with delicate patterning that feels almost stitched already.
Its face is sweet and alert, with a soft white cheek patch that gives it a friendly, curious expression. The tail feathers sweep long and elegant behind it, shifting from cool blues into a gentle wash of green. There’s a sense of lightness in the way it sits, as if it might hop or flutter at any moment, scattering colour like confettiDesigns Copyrighted to GardenPath Stitchery
Rosella Bag Kit
- Check the paint type – If you used fabric paint, it should be washable. If it's acrylic or another type, it may require extra care.
- Spot test – Dab a small, hidden area with water and mild soap to ensure the paint doesn’t bleed.
- Hand wash gently – Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing directly on the painted areas.
- Rinse thoroughly – Make sure no soap residue remains.
- Air dry – Lay flat in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
